Tiny Island

So tiny
yet home for men
since the great glacier
New climate
changed by men
creates time of sunset
for the tiny.

To get home,
you have to cross oceans
of rough sea

Defenders of Nature:

Defenders of nature:
Please rise!
Feel the spirits
of great ancient forests.
Let the remaining spots of wild places
host your souls.

Defenders of nature:
Take action!
Be the voice
of beautiful wild creatures.
Represent their kind when modern society
threatens with extinction.

Defenders of nature:
Hear the cry
from numerous unborn generations.
Fight for the right for the children of tomorrow
to live with nature.

I met you in the forest. You were hiding behind trees.
I am not your kind.

Still I felt your presens; silently, communicative eye to eye.
Why are you hiding from mankind?

You don’t have to speak.
A glimpse of your eyes and I understand;
I am not your kind.

They try to capture the power of nature
through wires of copper and steel.
But the power of clouds rambling the forest
can only be captured by an open mind.

Winter Birches

Snowcovered fingers touching me,
chilling my neck as I gently push you aside.
Searching the hart of the forest,
you will still be there when I am gone.

Shadow in the dark

Not really sure
if you were there.
Still my encounter with you
were true.

The Forest

"Coniferous forest" - the teacher told me - consist mainly of pine, spruce and in some places larch.
But I know better;
In the forest you will encounter fairytales and hidden mysteries.

You came suddenly out of the dark forest. Looking frightened.
You fled away. Haunted. Something terrible were chasing you.
"To eat or to be eaten" were the rules you lived by.
You didn't know this rule; "to be extinct".
